Cloud Architects Expert
We run the platforms we design
After a landing zone or Kubernetes platform is live, Cloud Architects Expert stays on as the platform operator: infrastructure as code, upgrades, observability and FinOps hygiene. We do not run a helpdesk, a managed network, or managed backup. Those sit with our sister company Podium Catchers.
What platform operations covers
Platform operations here means site reliability and platform engineering for the foundations we already publish: Azure, AWS and Google Cloud landing zones, AKS/EKS/GKE, GitOps delivery, and the cost-allocation model on FinOps.
Typical work is keeping the landing zone's identity, network and guardrails current; upgrading the cluster and add-ons; reviewing Terraform or Bicep pull requests; and keeping tags and budgets honest so spend still maps to owners.
How an engagement runs
Planning reuses the discovery already described on our cloud migration and landing-zone pages: inventory the workloads, name the environments, and decide which controls the platform team owns versus the application teams.
Implementation is the same infrastructure-as-code path as Cloud Launchpad — Terraform and Ansible for a repeatable foundation — then GitOps for the cluster and application delivery.
Operations is the ongoing loop: patch and upgrade the platform, watch the signals, and change the landing zone when a new workload would otherwise create an exception.
What this page is not
This is not a managed IT, managed network, or managed backup offering. We do not staff a 24/7 helpdesk or take over Microsoft 365 and endpoint support.
If you need day-to-day IT operations after go-live, that work belongs with Podium Catchers. We design and run the cloud platform; they run the workplace and the service desk.
Frequently asked questions
Do you provide managed IT or a helpdesk?
No. Cloud Architects Expert operates landing zones and Kubernetes platforms. Day-to-day managed IT and 24/7 support are handled by our sister company Podium Catchers.
What platforms do you operate?
The Azure, AWS and Google Cloud landing zones and the AKS, EKS and GKE platforms described on this site, plus the FinOps model that sits on top of them.
How does this relate to Cloud Launchpad?
Cloud Launchpad is the automated landing-zone deployment we already publish on this site. Platform operations is the work of running that foundation after it is live.
Is there a public price?
No public price is published. Scope and commercial terms are set in a written agreement after we understand the platform.
